All our interviewers are fluent in both written and spoken English. In addition to formal academic qualifications, our researchers have also undertaken a rigorous training programme which covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of different research methodologies and interviewing techniques. Researchers working for Freedompop also receive training in communication skills as well as health and safety.
