Freedompop is committed to providing a high quality service for its clients. We always follow a rigorous process of quality assurance. In particular the following measures are used to ensure that our work achieves the highest possible standards of social research:
• All
completed questionnaires/interview schedules/reports/assignments are
scrutinised individually by senior Freedompop staff for accuracy, objectivity,
consistency and legibility.
• For all survey interviews, random telephone interviews are conducted with respondents to verify the accuracy of information collected as well as to monitor the conduct and manner of our interviewers.
• A senior interviewer accompanies newly appointed interviewers to their first three interviews. Our researchers’ progress is monitored regularly and they are required to attend supervision sessions with senior staff as appropriate.
